Cake and Cupcake Flavors - all available as vegan or gluten free*.
Carrot – A rich and subtly spiced cake filled with organic carrots, walnuts and raisins. Freshly ground fragrant spices bring this cake to life!
Chocolate – Moist chocolate cake flavored with cocoa and containing smooth vanilla undertones. Can be made into a Chocolate Spice Cake, which blends cinnamon and nutmeg into the recipe for a cake bursting with flavor. Made with Fair trade cocoa.
Dark Chocolate – Chocolate cake for grown ups – not too sweet with deep chocolate flavor and espresso undertones. Made with fair trade cocoa and coffee. Available also as Dark Chocolate Orange cake.
Vanilla - The finest vanilla beans give this moist cake its smooth velvety vanilla flavor. The perfect base for any number of frostings! This yellow cake is also available in lemon, almond or maple flavors.
Hummingbird – A southern classic featuring organic banana, pineapple and pecans. Delicious with Cream Cheese frosting!
Veggie Packed – A moist cake filled with organic veggies (zucchini, carrot and sweet potato), flax seeds, and mixed nuts. Enjoy a healthy dessert and your veggies…..at the same time! A lighter glaze icing (or no frosting at all!) will keep this a super healthy treat!
Your Choice – Just ask and we will grant your flavor wish! Cakekraft features daily cupcake flavors at local Farmer’s Markets such as Pumpkin, Chocolate Stout with Bailey’s frosting, Pistachio and Cannoli. Please let us know if there is a flavor that you are craving!
Buttercreams
You’ll love Cakeraft buttercream, which is rich, fluffy, and not too sweet. Choose from the following natural and organic flavors, all available as vegan and gluten free*. If you would like to discuss alternatives to buttercream, like glazes and lighter icings we can help, just email us.
Vanilla Bean – intense vanilla flavor, speckled with Madagascar vanilla beans
Lemon or Orange– Real citrus zest adds a subtle tang. Try the Dark Chocolate Orange cake with orange buttercream!
Maple – Organic maple syrup adds a natural sweetness and gorgeous cream color. Try it with a maple flavored cupcake for a full and round maple flavor.
Salted Caramel – Rich and indulgent creamy caramel, with sea salt to enhance the overall flavor. Pairs beautifully with vanilla bean or almond cake.
Molasses – Organic molasses brings a full earthy sweetness to the buttercream. Try this one with the Veggie Packed cupcakes.
Chocolate – Cocoa is blended into the buttercream for a smooth chocolaty flavor.
Ganache – Dark Chocolate chips, organic butter and cream provide a smooth dark coating for an elegant presentation. Ganache can also be whipped into a fluffier frosting consistency if desired.
Espresso – Kick up your buttercream with a smooth coffee flavor. Made with fair trade coffee.
Cream Cheese - Smooth velvety cream cheese frosting - a classic. Traditionally served with Carrot and Hummingbird Cake.

Pumpkin Bread – Fresh organic pumpkins are cooked and shredded to create this treat, which is subtly spiced with freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
Banana Bread – Delicious organic bananas add fresh flavor and moistness to this classic treat. Add chocolate chips for a classic combination!
Lemon Poppyseed – In this moist pound cake, you’ll find a light and lemony treat.

Weddings
Wedding cake servings start at $5 per person. Wedding cupcakes start at $3 person. This pride includes buttercream and simple decoration. Please contact Michelle if you would like to know more about having a CakeKraft wedding.
* Cakekraft gluten-free cakes do not include any ingredients containing gluten. However, the facility in which they are baked does process wheat products. Good manufacturing practices are used to prevent cross contamination. Cakekraft is working to become certified gluten free. Cakekraft gluten free cakes are also vegan, and can be made soy and corn free upon request. Please see our FAQs for more details.
Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance of your event. Wedding cakes or similar large orders must be placed at least a week in advance, and a deposit will be required. Please email Michelle for more information. For a rush order (less than 48 hours notice) please email us for availability. If we can help you, a $15 rush order charge will be placed onto your bill.
